What types of entertainment services does Club Muso offer?

We provide a wide range of entertainment services, including live music performances, DJs, comedians, magicians, and more. Our roster includes talented artists and performers from various genres and disciplines.

How do I book an act with Club Muso?

You can easily book an act by contacting our booking team via the enquire now button found on each act, alternatively you can call us on 08000 920 626. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in finding the perfect entertainment for your event.

Once you are happy to proceed with the booking, we will issue you and the band with a legally binding contract which ensure all parties are protected. You will then pay a small deposit which is your booking fee. This can be paid in a number of ways such by debit or credit card, BACS/CHAPS or internet transfer.

The remaining balance will paid directly to the act before your event day, as per the payment terms on our contract.

What areas do you cover?

Club Muso operates primarily in the UK, but we often arrange entertainment for events worldwide.

Our acts provide entertainment up and down the country, across Europe and Worldwide in place like Dubai, Mexico and Maldives! Tell us where your event is and we will recommend the perfect live act that is experienced in performing for destination events.

How far in advance should I book my entertainment?

It is recommended to book your entertainment well in advance, particularly for popular acts or during busy seasons. It is advisable to secure your booking at least 6-12 months ahead to ensure availability. However, we understand that last-minute bookings may be necessary, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on artist availability.

Do you have a minimum booking fee?

When you’re ready to confirm the booking, we will supply you and the band with a formal contract to ensure everyone’s interests are safeguarded. You will then be required to pay a small deposit as your booking fee. This can be settled using various methods such as debit or credit card, BACS/CHAPS, or internet transfer.

The outstanding balance will be due for payment directly to the band as per the payment terms in our contract.

What is included in your entertainment packages?

Our entertainment packages typically include the performance or entertainment itself, as well as any necessary equipment and sound/lighting setups for the performance to take place (unless specified otherwise and discussed in advance). Our acts offerings differ, some include a playlist DJ within their cost, this will be made clear on their act profile.

Optional services such as a additional performances, a professional DJ, upgraded lighting, sound or special effects can be arranged at an additional cost.

How do you ensure the quality of your acts?

At Club Muso, we are an experienced team of musicians and event planners. We pride ourselves on our experience, keen eye and seasoned musicianship, which is why we only sign the best musicians and entertainment. All of our acts undergo a vetting process, and we carefully curate our roster to ensure high quality and professionalism.

Can you accommodate specific requests or themes?

A lot of our acts are happy to accommodate specific requests, themes, or any special requirements you may have for your event. Our acts offer differing packages, so knowing your specific requests in advance, helps us to find your ideal entertainment that can amend their performance to accommodate your requirements. Your dedicated co-ordinator will work closely with you to ensure that the entertainment aligns with your vision and preferences.

What if I need to amend or cancel my booking?

Amendments can often be made to bookings, providing both client and artist are in agreement. Any changes should be made via Club Muso in order for any changes to be noted and new contracts issued if applicable.
