- PARKING: Parking close to the venue must be provided for the band to load and unload equipment
- SET-UP & SOUND CHECK: 60 minutes

- ELECTRICITY: 2×13 amp plug sockets (minimum)
- GREEN SPACE: Lockable space of a suitable size to allow band to change, sit down & eat
- SOFT DRINKS: A selection of water and soft drinks should be made available to the act
