Brit-pop meets bebop in imaginative mashups of familiar tunes, all reinterpreted in the style of the best-selling jazz album ever, Miles Davis’ Kind of Blue. The Jazz Age Orchestra’s setlists can feature songs from Blur to Kylie Minogue, with stops at Chumbawamba and The Eurythmics. Occasionally, they even weave in a Disney tune, transforming each piece and taking you to A Whole New World.

Expect a blend of fun and sophistication from this talented quintet, who are equally at home in a jazz club or at a private function.

  • PARKING: Parking close to the venue must be provided for the band to load and unload equipment
  • SET-UP & SOUND CHECK: 60 – 120 minutes dependant on line-up option.
  • PERFORMANCE AREA: 3x4m minimum
  • ELECTRICITY: 3×13 amp plug sockets (minimum)
  • GREEN SPACE: Lockable space of a suitable size to allow band to change, sit down & eat
  • SOFT DRINKS: A selection of water and soft drinks should be made available to the act
  • FOOD: A hot meal should be made available to all band members
